 Unpacking the writing standards and expectations based on type of writing
 Training teachers on details of writing instruction and writing strategies
 Using Mentor Texts to foster a strong reading/writing connection
 Managing writing
 Analysis and Support with Analyzing Student Samples using rubrics
 Study Driven: a Framework for Planning Units of Study and mentor texts included in course
