Special education is a field in constant evolution, due to frequent changes and updates to case law that continually refine expectations for districts and teachers. Join local attorney Dianne Curtis, J.D. for an engaging series on special education law, with highlights of recent decisions that impact implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA, 2004).
