Christina Dinklocker’s career spans 44 years of service to school systems in Pennsylvania and in Ohio as a teacher, principal, Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent. Dr. Dinklocker’s doctoral specialization has been in leadership with a major emphasis in human resources.
She is licensed in the research-based Cardinal interview processes for the selection of principals and superintendents as well as instructional and support personnel. Dr. Dinklocker’s current work consists of the leadership of the Summit ESC’s “Lifting Leaders” program designed to prepare incoming administrators for roles as principals, treasurers or superintendents. Dr. Dinklocker serves as Adjunct Professor for Ashland University where she instructs upcoming superintendents in the area of personnel administration.
